Our Employee Recognition Scheme - Crest Colleague of the Month gives us the opportunity to nominate a colleague who we feel deserves extra recognition for their hard work, or for going beyond the call of duty.
Andy Noble, one of our Finance Administrators, was announced as October's winner and here are some of the reasons behind the nominations he received from his colleagues and was chosen as October's winner:
Andy has...
- Given a lot of his time and patience towards training two members of staff in a short time.
- Taken on more responsibilities and has still kept up with his own role.
- Been a key player over the last few months and has had to deal with some really complicated cases.
- Always made time to make follow up calls.
- Demonstrated he is always reliable and motivated.
- Had to juggle lots of tasks in preparation for staff changes.
- Shown he is always hard working and cheerful no matter what the work load!

Being voted Crest Colleague of the Month has been really exiting and also quite humbling. I would obviously like to thank my colleagues in Finance who have supported me in what has been a challenging time with Lisa leaving and then helping Mark (briefly so far) and Heather settle back in.
I am sure that as both a department and a company we will go from strength to strength as there seems to be a genuine desire to do well and things such as colleague of the month has helped bring more people together and focus on what needs to be done.
Thank you.
Andy's manager Tim Hunt had the following to say...
Congratulations to Andy for winning the Colleague of the Month award. Andy is an invaluable member of both the Finance team and Crest as a whole.
Andy's good nature and unfaltering determination are widely recognised by his colleagues.
I am proud to have him working with us and he is a deserving winner of this months award.
