If you find work through an agency, you may choose to look at subcontracting using your CIS or Schedule D status, or by becoming an employee of an umbrella company.
At Crest Plus we provide both Self-Employed and Umbrella solutions, and can contact you to discuss your options in order to make the choice easier for you, or alternatively you can contact us or use our call back option.
If you choose to subcontract with us on a Self-Employed basis, we will conduct a Self-Employment Checklist on projects to ensure that you remain compliant; once you have registered with us, we will verify your details with HM Revenue & Customs.
If you choose to become an employee of our Umbrella Company, Crest Plus Exchange Limited, we will provide you with all the statutory benefits associated with being an employee and will explain how you can claim legitimate business expenses, which will be offset against your tax liabilities.
